Hello, just wanted to point out a couple of incorrect links in the menu. ‘Cool Down’ leads to ‘The Valkyrie’, while ‘Gian’s Revenge’ leads to ‘Cool Down’.
Actually, while I’m at it, ‘Playing Dead’ seems to contain a redundant sentence.
“There’re some from the death penalty, too, with bloody cloths covering their heads. [[It’s because in our state, we’ve got execution by shooting. In our state, the death penalty’s execution by shooting.]] I recognize one of the faces. It belongs to the guy who used to be in the room next to me.”

Hm..I actually followed this TWICE and I still got the normal ending both times ;A; Then I followed the walk-through with this http://half-a.net/games1/dojin/luckydog1.html and I got the best ending but got 97% OTL..

Mm, it’s not an otome game, but just outright BL game. Otome game is more fluffy and you play as a female main character. From my experiences, too, there’s like … no explicit sex.
I’ll send you an email with the walkthrough I have. The walkthrough I have apparently works (tested by me and someone else), but somehow in transition to my guide it didn’t…? If you use it, can you tell me what you did different when you followed this, as opposed to when you followed my translation? I can’t seem to find a difference…

I did get the best ending this time though!~ I can’t find a difference either hahaha…I think I skipped violating Homer cause I already have the scene or did the order a bit differently in the jail part (Guards then Ivan instead of vice versa). Small chance that I didn’t press “rely on Ivan” but I doubt it. Thanks! (*≧▽≦) I’ll just go finish the other routes then~

Hm. Then, did you see the alternate scene in Part 1 with Ivan? You shouldn’t continue the route with it, but you should at least see it once to get 100%.

Thank you for all your help and this amazing blog! I actually did manage to get 100% on my routes~ ^^ One day I was determined to get 100% on all four routes and spent most of my time replaying the game haha. Going through all those bad endings made me cry inside ;A; Again, thank you for all your hard work! The end of the week is almost here so finish strong! \^-^/ Happy holidays~

I followed Ivan’s walk through probably 15 times now. @_@!
I can’t seem to get 100% on Giulio and Ivan’s routes.
I am I doing something wrong? I tried all routes and Ivan’s alternate route too. I can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.

I’m … trying to think what could be the problem. Chances are you’re just missing one choice…
Did you do the bad ending? And the alternate scene (you said you did…)? Both endings, normal and best? Chose every choice possible / talked to Ivan at every opportunity in part 2 and talked to Ivan 4 times in part 1?

I did all the endings, and talked to Ivan every chance, but when I did Giulio’s alternate route, I noticed it lead to game over, every time I tried Ivan’s alternate route, it lead to the normal ending. Even if I tried to get the best ending.

That’s not a requirement, to do the alternate route to the end. I don’t know if you noticed, but it was Giulio’s scene itself that had a dialogue change.
The same goes for Ivan’s route. It sounds like what you’re missing %wise from Ivan’s part is the best ending.
…You say you did the alternate route. Did you do the ORIGINAL part 1 choice? And played it through with the best ending choices? I find this is where most people stray off from the walkthrough.
If you’re following my walkthrough, you HAVE to do Ivan => Guards on Day 6 of Part 1. And then you have to make the same choices as the best ending part to get to best ending.
In other words, if you try to do Prisoner => Ivan on Day 6 of Part 1, you will end up on the Normal Route no matter what you do. If you do Ivan => Guards, you can still possibly get either of the two routes.
I hope this makes sense.

Then you’re missing one of the choices in the middle of the game…
Have you chosen “Ask someone” and “Ivan” at the beginning of Part 3? Did you also try the “work with Ivan” choice?
(At this point, it’s basically “choose every choice you haven’t, and get to know Ivan as much as possible in Parts 1 and 2.)
I don’t know if this will help, but at the end of Part 1, I had 85-25 Luck-Omerta. 75-5 for Part 2. 75-40 for normal route Part 3. Is any of that different?

The choices that finish part 1 and 2 should lead to exactly that omertà and luck. (not counting alternate.) Normal route part 3 should lead to exactly that omertà and luck too. If there’s even 5 difference, then that’s a choice that was done differently.

This is the “missing scene” section from this walkthrough. The Ivan section is at the very top (look for section イヴァン・フィオーレ).

Please follow the walkthrough at the sidebar (Lucky Dog Walkthrough). If the step-by-step directions doesn’t help, please contact me again. You’re not the only one with this problem, but usually the walkthrough by the side will help. Please remember to be careful about the “alternate route” bit, where most people have trouble. The alternate route is for 100% completion, not for reaching the best ending.
