All Good on the Sakura Front

As the seasons turn round and round, and the weather’s grow warmer,
I dream of an iridescent rainbow splashing over the open petals from next unto next.
It’ll bridge the south to the north, blanketing the Earth spinning round and round
With the gift granted by these tiny petals – the gift of a grand tall tale.

Enticed by the perfume of spring, I wander outside with swaying steps.
I cut through the mingling crowds, looking earnestly up at the sky.

When, oh when? When will they be able to come to bloom?

It looks like I haven’t showered them with enough water yet.

All good on the Sakura Front! Your withered body dances up into the sky like a flower.
I gaze up at the clouds I can pick out far, far away and close my eyes.

Eventually time passes slowly by, and nothing but more and more footsteps accumulate,
Stuffed into a broken world with only its coating finish a pretty, pretty thing.
I must drink in these splotches of petal-colored watercolor so I won’t ever lose them.
I fumble my way forward without knowing right from wrong.

It looks like I still need more time to fill
This enormous planet with these tiny seedlings.

All good on the Sakura Front! Bath your starved body with sunlight and stand tall.
I take off under the open, open sky not dotted with a single cloud.
Come…

The line of sakura explode into color. Every single one is pretty, oh so pretty, so
No problem here on the Sakura Front! They’re blooming! They’re blooming! Aah la la la la laa!

The flowers are still few, but gradual is good.
Spread your branches! Sprout more buds! Sink your roots into the Earth!
Bloom, higher and higher, into your full splendor!
